How It Works
The Stitch & Seal system reinforces cracks by locking both sides of the concrete together below the surface:

Grooves Cut Across the Crack
Slots are cut perpendicular to the crack to create anchor points for reinforcement. -
Kevlar-Carbon Fiber Stitches Installed
High-strength stitches are embedded into the slots, tying both sides of the crack together and resisting lateral movement. -
Structural Epoxy Bonding
Epoxy is used to secure the stitches and injected into the crack to bond the concrete internally. -
Internal Reinforcement Zone Created
Once cured, the system forms a reinforced section within the wall that stabilizes the crack and helps prevent further separation.
