Carbon Lock
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement for Structural Concrete Cracks
Designed for cracks that require more than sealing, Carbon Lock systems reinforce and stabilize structural cracks using high-strength carbon fiber technology—helping prevent further movement and long-term failure.
When to Use This System
Not all cracks can be solved with injection alone.
Carbon Lock is ideal for cracks that show signs of movement, structural stress, or recurring failure after previous repairs. It is commonly used on foundation walls where reinforcement is needed to prevent further separation.
What This System Does
Carbon Lock systems work by bonding high-strength carbon fiber directly to the surface of the concrete, reinforcing the structure and distributing stress across the wall.
-
Reinforces structural cracks
-
Helps prevent further movement
-
Stabilizes weakened concrete sections
This creates a low-profile, permanent reinforcement solution without the need for intrusive structural framing.
How It Works
The system is designed for efficient installation in the field:
-
Prepare the surface and expose the crack area
-
Apply structural adhesive
-
Install carbon fiber reinforcement straps
-
Allow the system to cure and bond to the structure
Once installed, the carbon fiber works to strengthen the wall and resist further cracking or separation.
